It’s Official, The launch of the Windows 11 version is in the market, it includes a lot of new features with the ability to download and run android apps on your own Windows PC. Let’s dive into all of our favorite new features of Windows 11,
Mac-like Interface
It features an amazing design with pastel shades, rounded corners, and a centered start menu and Taskbar.
Integrated Android Apps
Android apps are included in Windows 11, users can install within the new Microsoft store via the Amazon Appstore.
Widgets
While they’ve been around for a while, including a recent update to Windows 10, right from the taskbar you can now access widgets and customize them to see what you want.
Xbox tech for better gaming
With specific features found in Xbox consoles, like Auto HDR and direct storage for the purpose of improving gaming on your existing Windows PC.
Better virtual desktop support
It will let you set up virtual desktops more similar to macOS, toggling between various desktops for work, personal, school, or games
Simple transition from monitor to the laptop and better multitasking
New features included Snap groups and Snap Layouts, which is a cluster of apps that fit in the taskbar and at the same time can be minimized for easier task switching. Easily you can plug and unplug from a monitor without losing where your open windows are located.
Windows 11 Release Date:
Windows 11 is now available as an Insider Preview build download for those in the Windows Insider Program and will be available as a public beta in July (learn how to download the Windows 11 beta here). According to Microsoft, the rollout will begin around Christmas 2021 on all compatible PCs and newer PCs will continue in 2022. However, there are several signs that Windows 11 could arrive as early as October.
Free or Paid?
Windows can be downloaded the same way as downloading any other version of windows. Many of them will go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click Check for Updates. If the option is visible, you’ll see the new update to Windows, then click Download and install for free.
