The premium version of WPForms, allows you to create any type of form you want using pre-built form templates like:

    • Email subscription forms
    • Order forms
    • Multi-page forms
    • Payment forms
    • Typeform-style forms
    • Survey forms
    • Event registration forms

Also, You get more advanced form features with WPForms Pro, such as file uploads, form abandonment, user-submitted content, geo-location, signatures, and user registration.

You won’t have to switch between browser windows, to check your messages or login into your email system. You can see all of your form submissions in your WordPress dashboard. You can also keep your email subscribers list up-to-date, as WPForms connects with popular email marketing services.

WPForms Pro is a minimal option for integrating the powerful features you need into a single WordPress plugin, starting at $39.50 a year. Before purchasing the WPForms Pro version, you can always try out the free WPForm Lite plugin.

It has two pro editions, One type is for Single sites and another type is for multiple sites. The creator of the plugin says that you can have a form up and running on your site in 60 seconds. You can change colors, fonts, borders, and more with the styler without having to write any code. Your forms are mobile-friendly and fully responsive, so they look great on any device.

    4. Contact Form 7

Contact Form 7 is the oldest and one of the most popular plugins on this list. This plugin is completely free, and you can use it on as many websites as you like.

For beginners, Contact Form 7 is not recommended. Because it lacks a simple drag-and-drop form builder, you’ll need at least a basic understanding of HTML to use it. Your form will not work if you fail to include a character here or a bracket there. There’s also no option to get a live preview of your form before it’s published, so you won’t be able to see what it’ll look like.

Despite these issues, Contact Form 7 is still a popular WordPress contact form plugin given the abundance of free add-ons (though you’ll have to get them from a third party). Contact Form 7 will be enough if you love working with coding and setup. However, using one of the more feature-rich plugins on this list can save you a lot of time and effort.

    5. Gravity Forms

They does not provide a free edition, but you can try it as a Demo. Also, it is more expensive than other WordPress contact form plugins. However, if you plan to use it on a number of sites and projects, the cost should not be excessive.

    6. Happy Forms

In terms of code and performance, HappyForms is extremely light. It’s completely free, and it’s perfect for individuals that need something quick and simple.
